Step 1: Initial Parent Consultation
Every assessment begins with a one-hour parent consultation with a Psychologist who specialises in assessments.

✓ Learning Disabilities (such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and difficulties with written expression)

✓ Other developmental concerns.
Recommended for: Learning, cognitive, attention, and developmental concerns.
Number of sessions: 2 face-to-face sessions with the child/teen and 2 face-to-face parent sessions. Session numbers may vary based on individual needs.
This assessment may help identify:
✓ Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
✓ ADHD
✓ Intellectual Disability
✓ Giftedness
✓ Learning Disabilities (such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and difficulties with written expression)
✓ Twice-exceptional giftedness
✓ Other developmental concerns.
Recommended for: Autism and broader neurodevelopmental concerns.
Number of sessions: 3 face-to-face sessions with the child/teen, and 2 face-to-face parent sessions. Session numbers may vary based on individual needs.
Suitable if:
✓ Your child has already completed assessments elsewhere
✓ Additional information is needed to complete the assessment picture
✓ A personalised assessment pathway is more appropriate.
Your psychologist will create a personalised assessment plan. Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy assessments can also be included if required.
