Advocacy support information
You may choose to have an independent disability advocate speak, act or write on your behalf. It is their job to assist you to exercise choice and control and to have your voice heard in matters that affect you.
We engage with you in making decisions about the service you want and encourage you to speak up if you feel that you are not being listened to or that you do not understand the information, we provide to you. You may also choose to use an independent disability advocate when you make a complaint
