Our New South Wales team has welcomed some new faces this month.
Rachel, Occupational Therapist at ESA Bondi
Rachel is an occupational therapist and educator committed to helping children strengthen their skills and self-worth to navigate everyday life with joy and resilience. With a Bachelor degree in Primary Education and a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (The University of Sydney), as well as a Certificate in Early Childhood Education (Kirana Colleges), she brings a unique blend of teaching and therapeutic insight to every session.
Rachel prioritises building strong, trusting relationships with children and families, using a strengths-based approach that puts each child’s goals at the centre. She loves finding playful, fresh and practical ways to teach children new skills and support development so that they can truly thrive.
Crystal, Speech Therapist, at ESA Epping
Crystal is a warm and energetic therapist who is passionate about using a neurodiversity-affirming approach to support communication development for children and adults. She actively incorporates her clients’ strengths and interests in therapy to ensure therapy is engaging and effective, and that each client walks out of her room with smiles and laughter after each session. Outside of work, Crystal loves exploring nature and playing badminton with her family and friends.
