Our dedicated teams of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Speech Pathologists work with children to help them meet their growth and development goals.
We focus on supporting these children, and their families and carers, to develop language, motor, cognitive, social and emotional skills and provide therapeutic support for children with developmental delays or disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.

All new graduates will complete a two-week induction, including graduate workshops, online training, and onboarding to your new clinic.
You’ll also have access to ongoing training sessions, local supervision, and mentorship to help you make a smooth transition from student to thriving therapist.

A work experience in his final year of study gave him the direction he knew he wanted to take in his career. After joining the ESA Graduate program at the beginning of 2021, with the support of his mentor he lay the foundation of a solid career.
