Early Start Australia | QLD | Toowong (formerly Synchrony OT) has been providing Occupational Therapy Services to the Toowong area since 2013.

We provide Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Pathology services to children and young adults (3 years to 18 years) delivered in our clinic, via Telehealth and offer mobile services at childcare, pre-school, school and in home settings.

We can provide tailored handwriting therapy and remediation programs to assist your child to become a more confident and efficient writer.

We provide group screening programs at selected kindergartens and schools.

Run during the school holidays these programs and camps are a great way to boost your child’s therapy participation and meet others.

Therapy support services for schools including screening programs, therapy support and education to help children reach their full potential.

Support your child prior to commencing school or during school transitions to develop the skills they need to be confident and independent at school.

Help fussy eaters and children with feeding problems enjoy a balanced, healthy diet and a positive attitude towards food.

Facilitated by our therapists, group programs are a fun way to meet others and create connections while learning and developing skills.

LEGO Therapy is a ‘play based’ therapy method for children and applies the therapeutic benefits of play.

Liselle Sidhu

Practice Principal

Liselle is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and the Practice Principal at Toowong.

She enjoys working with children and families and supporting them to identify their strengths and empower them to reach their goals.

She has a strong understanding of disability, education, and health systems, enabling children and families to connect to the right supports for them.

Liselle has experience working with children with autism, vision impairment, speech, language and literacy delays and disorders.

She has completed specialist training in child safety, DIR Floortime, SOS Approach to Feeding and Occupational Performance Coaching.

She adopts a strengths-based approach in her management style with her team across the Toowong clinic.
