As part of your therapy journey your therapist we may recommend some specific therapy programs to assist in achieving your goals including:

Hanen programs are evidence-based and world-renowned parent-training programs designed to teach parents how to implement speech and language therapy into their everyday activities with their child.

LEGO Therapy is a ‘play based’ therapy method for children and applies the therapeutic benefits of play.

Dr Kristy Nicola

Practice Principal

Dr Kristy is a registered physiotherapist and practice principal at Murarrie.

She has nearly 20 years of clinical experience working in private practice, special schools and on an outreach team as an interprofessional team member delivering individual, group and sport-based, family-centred assessment and management of children of all ages with various neurological, musculoskeletal, rare-genetic, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

She is viewed as an expert in physiotherapy management of children diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder with language and/or behavioural disorders.
