Early Start Australia Brighton has been leading the way for paediatric allied health and for young children with autism in Melbourne since 2009
Located in the heart of Melbourne’s Brighton community, we’ve been at the forefront of early intervention for children and young people for over a decade. Since 2009, our team has proudly led the way in paediatric allied health, supporting families with autism and developmental challenges.
We were the first to introduce the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)—a revolutionary, play-based therapy for young children with autism—and continue to offer the gold-standard ESDM training for professionals nationwide.
Our Brighton clinic provides comprehensive services in:

- Speech and Language Pathology
We work with children and young people aged 0–18, always guided by the belief that every child holds incredible potential. When families face uncertainty, our multidisciplinary team comes together to create tailored, evidence-based interventions that support both the child and their caregivers.

Aaron Kerschner
Clinical Manager
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science degree and is a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner. His professional background includes extensive application of ABA and PBS frameworks whilst working in severe behaviour, ESDM program construction, as well as employment consulting for individuals with ASD and other complex needs. He has conducted Functional Assessments, written Behaviour Support Plans and created protocols that target skills building and behaviour reduction, improving the quality of life and wellbeing of individuals he has worked with.
Aaron is passionate about helping his clients reach their goals, and creates strong bonds in order to facilitate their growth.
