Welcoming Valorie – Our New ESA Psychology Assessment Lead
We’re delighted to welcome Valorie as our new Psychology Assessment Lead at ESA. Valorie will be leading our psychology team and delivering ADHD, ASD, learning, dyslexia, and gifted learner assessments at our Bondi clinic.

Valorie brings extensive expertise to the role. She holds international degrees in psychology and is a Registered Psychologist in both Australia and New Zealand, with an endorsement in Educational and Developmental Psychology. With more than 20 years of experience, Valorie has worked with clients across all life stages—from early childhood through to adulthood.
Her specialist areas include:
- Cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments
- Assessments for gifted learners
- Assessments for specific learning disabilities, including dyslexia
- Psychometric testing and diagnostic assessment, including training other psychologists in test administration
Valorie’s practice is shaped by her own lived family experience of neurodevelopmental diversity, including ADHD and dyslexia, as well as adult dementia. This personal insight informs her warm, inclusive approach and her commitment to embracing diversity across all stages of life.
Valorie is a full member of APS, AEDPA, AAPi, and an International Affiliate of the American Psychological Association. She is also a Fellow of the APS College of Educational and Developmental Psychologists and has been published in the Journal of Paediatric Rehabilitation.
