Occupational therapy is also available as a mobile service at childcare, pre-school and in home settings.

Queensland Regional Manager
The Carina team are led by Dr Nicole Grant who is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist and Queensland’s Regional Manager.
She founded Gateway Therapies in 2011 which became part of Early Start Australia in 2018.
With a special interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders, she has actively contributed to research in the field through completion of her doctorate in 2016.
Nicole is passionate about implementing research into clinical practice, early intervention and family-centred practice.
